STARRCAST IV Gears Up For Baltimore Debut

Pro wrestling’s biggest fan fest to celebrate the city’s rich wrestling history

STARRCAST IV, the wildly popular professional wrestling fan fest, is coming to Baltimore to celebrate legends who made “Charm City” one of the hottest spots in the sport, and to showcase the current-and- future stars who will continue to carry on the city’s historic professional wrestling tradition.

Starting on Thursday, November 7th at Jimmy’s Famous Seafood, then moving to Rams’ Head Live on Friday, November 8th through Sunday, November 10thSTARRCAST IV will give professional wrestling fans an immersive experience of stage shows, photo opportunities, parties and autograph signings.

Headlining STARRCAST IV’s meet-and-greet experiences will be one of the biggest stars in professional wrestling history, Sting. The multi-time world champion and Hall of Fame performer will be donning the red, white and blue face paint that he wore when he won the NWA/WCW World Heavyweight Championship in Baltimore, at the 1990 Great American Bash. In addition to the photo opportunity with Sting, fans will also get to pose with the actual title belt that he won on that historic night in the Baltimore Arena.

“STARRCAST has really become a fantasy camp for professional wrestling fans, and our goal for each event is to provide fans with experiences that they can’t get anywhere else,” said STARRCAST creator and organizer Conrad Thompson. “If you were a fan of professional wrestling in the 90s, or a fan of Sting at any point of his career, you know his red, white and blue face paint presentation is one of the most talked about looks he ever wore.  And his title win at The Great American Bash, while in that paint, put him on the map as a bonafide superstar. To have the chance to get a picture with him, in the paint, along with the actual title, is a must-have for any fan.”

Continuing the celebration of wrestling legends, STARRCAST IV will also feature stage shows like “Making History with Ron Simmons,” who in August of 1992, in downtown Baltimore, became the first African-American world heavyweight champion in professional wresting history, as well as a very rare appearance and Q&A with one of the biggest stars in Japanese wrestling history, The Great Muta.

Also being featured at STARRCAST IV will be stars from All Elite Wrestling (AEW), who are holding their “Full Gear” pay-per –view event at the Royal Farms Arena on Saturday, November 9th.  AEW superstars Cody and Brandi Rhodes will be joined on stage with Dustin Rhodes for a special “Inside the Rhodes” interview. The always controversial Jon Moxley will have a live mic for “Unhinged: The Jon Moxley Story.” Also on stage will be Matt and Nick Jackson for “Killing the Business – the Story of The Young Bucks.”

Other AEW talent scheduled to appear at STARRCAST IV includes SCU, Riho, Darby Allin, Joey Janela, MJF, Private Party, Nyla Rose, Sammy Guevara, The Voice of Professional Wrestling Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, Shawn Spears, Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy, Jimmy Havoc and more.

Fans who can’t make it to Baltimore can access more than 20 hours of STARRCAST IV content live and on-demand through digital live streaming network FITE.TV and the FITE mobile app for only $39.99.

“Baltimore has a rich tradition in professional wrestling, and we are looking forward to celebrating so many of the legends who had career-defining moments there,” added Thompson. “We are also excited to feature many of the talented wrestlers from the AEW roster, who over the past year, have really put a charge into the wrestling business and have given fans an alternative product to consume. Whether fans are joining us in Baltimore, or tuning in on FITE, STARRCAST IV is sure to be a can’t-miss event.”
