Jimmy reviews Sunday Night Heat

Hosted by Todd Grisham and Ivory.

Heat opening to begin.

Todd (Don't call me Pettengill) Grisham and Ivory are outside the arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. They hype various matches.

We go to a video package of the Kane/Edge match. I still don't see how we should feel bad for Kane. Well I guess other than the whole pyromania, necrophilia, homicide, sexual harassment and implied rape, he's not that bad of a guy.

We’re informed that Hurricane and Rosey vs. Heart Throbs is our Main Event for tonight. Goody, I’ve only seen that match about 12 times.

We review Carlito’s win over Shelton on RAW last Monday.

We go to Coach who interviews the new Intercontinental Champion, Carlito Carribean Cool. Unfortunately, no apples are spit into Coach’s face.

More various Vengeance hype.

Review of "Oh my god! Oh my god! Call 9-1-1!" from Todd Grisham on RAW. All those who are really interested in Victoria vs. Christy raise your hand. Thought so.

Video package for the WWE Triple Threat Match. I wish this match was getting top billing, as it’s really much more interesting than Triple H vs. Batista Part III.

We review Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle. It really bugs me that Shawn always gets his win back against whoever he jobs to.

Todd interviews Kurt backstage, hyping his match.

Coach joins JR and King at ringside for commentary.

Hurricane and Rosey with Stacy Keibler vs. Heart Throbs for the World Tag Team Championship
Rosey and Antonio start. Rosey dominates both guys. He goes up for a Vader Bomb, but gets hit in the knee by the challengers and they work it over. Romeo goes to the Half-Crab, which is actually meant to put pressure on the back and not the knee, but I appreciate the effort. They pound on the knee some more. Hurricane gets the hot tag, and a neck breaker gets 2 on Romeo. He catches Hurri going up, but a superplex is blocked, and a Hurricane cross body gets 2. Rosey gets stuck in the ropes, and Hurricane kicks out of the Heart Throbs finisher. Hart Attack is blocked, and Hurricane sunset flips Romeo for the pin. This was easily the best match between these two teams, although that’s not saying much…**

Video package for Triple H vs. Batista for last minute hype.

Overall Thoughts: As far as Pre-PPV's shows go, this wasn't that bad. Still, the lack of Val Venis was dissapointing.
