During his return tonight, Shane McMahon said he wanted control of RAW.  Vince agreed with one stipulation. Shane has to have and win one match with Vince choosing the opponent and location.

At WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, TX it will be Shane McMahon vs The Undertaker in Hell in a Cell.
