“Team Severn Comes Together”On August 12th in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Dan “The Beast” Severn took his “Bloodthirsty Army” to Deep South MMA’s event entitled “Ft. Wayne Brawl.” Severn’s team had a great showing, winning six out of the eight matches total. Here are the stats that we were able to compile:
* Dan Severn defeated Lenny Griffith via submission in the 1st Round
* Major Overall defeated Kyle Palm via submission in the 2nd Round
* Wayne Andrews defeated his opponent via KO in the 1st Round
* $Money$ Mike Roberts defeated Cody Cross via decision after 3 rounds
* Wade Vansickle defeated Bobby Martinez via decision after 3 rounds.
* Todd Canter defeated Jim Coon via submission in the 1st Round
* Jason Matter was defeated by his opponent in the 1st Round
* Andy Daus was defeated by his opponent in the 2nd round
All of our fighters participate in the weekly MMA Classes in Coldwater, Michigan or have attended the MMA Camps that we hold quarterly. If you are interested in fighting as a part of Dan Severn’s “Bloodthirsty Army,” and receiving opportunities to fight, then get signed up to the MMA Camp ASAP. There are currently only 13 spots left for this camp.

Remember, you don’t have to be a fighter to sign up for this camp. This camp is molded for beginners knowing nothing about the MMA Game, and it is great for those intermediate fighters looking to get ahead.

* Before the show started, N8 Mattson bought a ticket for entry and then destroyed the sound system. Mattson was then thrown out of the building.
Match 1: Glory Cup Qualifying Match
AC Suede defeated Josh Emmanuel
* AC Suede portrayed Jayson Quick (Along with the 2005 Glory Cup Trophy) in every aspect... even his wrestling. Commissioner Jayme P then told AC Suede that if he wanted to act like J. Quick, then he would have to win more than one match that night... he then told him that he would be facing CJ Otis in the first POG Glory Cup Entry Match.
Match 2: Tag Team Glory Cup Qualifying Match
"Popular Electronics" Jimmy Shalwin & Gameboy defeated Jamie Eternal & Sikness
Match 3: Glory Cup Qualifying Match
Ernie Ballz won over Brian Bender via DQ
* Zorin's henchmen attacked Ballz before the match was over causing a DQ. Bender looked uneasy as both JT Zorin and his lead henchman General Klitus put the boots to Ernie Ballz. Bender grabbed G. Klitus tossing him over the top rope and removed JT Zorin from the ring as well. Ties were severed between Brian Bender and JT Zorin as Bender helped Ernie Ballz to his feet.
Match 4: Glory Cup Entry Match
"The Specialist" CJ Otis w/ Mark Pennington defeated AC Suede
* After Otis had won Entry into the POG Glory Cup, Mark Pennington stopped Otis and explained that he was unhappy with his personal performance to help Otis over this past year. Mark P then told Otis that he found it best not to resign a new contract as CJ's Manager/booker again, and wished Otis the best in the future. They shook hands and left on good terms.
* AC Suede then got physical with Jayme P... leading to Suede's dismissal (fired) from Price of Glory Wrestling.
Match 5: Coin Roll Challenge
"Upgrade" Tyrone Evans w/ $Money$ Mike Roberts defeated Rastakhan
* $Money$ Mike explained to the crowd that he just won his first MMA match the night before in Ft. Wayne, Indiana... and due to a "sucker punch" and a sprained wrist, he could not wrestle tonight, but he did call his "homie" who just "got out the pen..." The Upgrade, Tyrone Evans.
* After Intermission, N8 Mattson had to be removed from the building once again as he ran in and attempted to get to the back room to reach Commissioner Jayme P.
Match 6: Glory Cup Qualifying Match
Bull Wheeler defeated "All Nite" Adam Reynolds
Match 7: Six Person Tag Team Match
Keith Creme, Steve Amani & Chip Daley defeated The Bump N' Uglies & Sybil Starr
Match 8: Glory Cup Qualifying Match
Josh Abercrombie defeated Johnny Dynamo
* N8 Mattson walked in again after this match was complete and exchanged words with Jayme P. Mattson finally told the commissioner to sign a match between him and Johnny Dynamo so he can prove that he is better than POG's top dog. After a losing verbal battle, Jayme P finally gave in and made the decision to have the match next month at "Intrusion." The match will be a non title Main Event... Johnny Dynamo vs. N8 Mattson. If Mattson loses, his face will never be shown in the POG Sportatorium ever again... if Dynamo loses, N8 Mattson gets to continue a working relationship with Price of Glory Wrestling.
Main Event: POG Chaotic Championship - Lumberjack Match
JT Zorin defeated Noah Lott to become the new POG Chaotic Champion
* Things got sketchy when General Klitus poured a strange liquid on the ground beside the ring causing all of Noah Lott's Lumberjacks to pass out. Noah Lott and even the referee caught a whiff of the chemicals and became drowsy. JT Zorin was handed a face mask and he was able to capitalize on Noah Lott to become the new Chaotic Champion.
