and The Rock……

According to BoxOfficeMojo.com,  WWE Films' "The Condemned" DVD debuted at #2 on the DVD/Home Rentals chart in its first week, grossing $4.15 million. That is a solid number for the WWE and shows that the film is doing much better on the DVD than it did in theaters.
Weekly DVD / Home Video Rentals, Sept.. 17–23, 2007  I still say that the movie was NEVER promoted correctly.  Do you see how much publicity The Rock's newest movie The Game Plan is getting.  The Rock is appearing on all the late night shows, also appeared on Rachel Ray show this morning.

State news: Wrestler's doctor appointed new lawyer

    |   Story updated at 9:43 PM on Thursday, September 27, 2007

ATLANTA - A judge appointed a new lawyer Thursday to represent pro wrestler Chris Benoit's personal doctor on federal charges of overprescribing medication. Also, a prosecutor said he will seek more charges against the doctor.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Russell Vineyard appointed Natasha Perdew Silas of the federal defender's office to represent Phil Astin after Astin's private attorney, Manny Arora, asked to be removed from the case because Astin no longer can pay his legal bills.

Vineyard granted Arora's motion to withdraw. Afterward, Assistant U.S. Attorney John Horn told the court that the government will present the case to a grand jury to seek additional charges against Astin.
