I attended both Signamania III and Jason Blaustein's Turnbuckle show. What a great day I had.
Signamania was a fun time with a ton of great talent. The organization was a little poor in the second block but I ended up meeting everybody and George went out of his way to make sure we got to meet Flair before he left which is a class act in my opinion. The talent was all friendly aside from the Wild Samoans. Afa was as usuall nice, but Sika left before most people got their photo ops and showed the un professional nature they are known for. I don't blame Afa but I really hope promoter's stop booking these guys because Sika is has left and no showed every show he has been scheduled for that I have gone too. The vendor guests were all great. Franklin Square Video as usual was a highlight with the friendly staff and great prices they are known for. IVP Video ran a very good table. I have no complaints about any of the talent I met, all were nice.
We arrived at Turnbuckle at around 5pm and quickly saw Jason Blaustein right out front and accessible. He quickly gave us our VIP tickets and into the show we went. This show had everything the last show was faulted for not having. Orderly lines, staff at every table to take tickets and take your picture with the talent.
The talent was all there, superticket and vendors. Its almost unprecedented to have a show with 100% attendance. Everything I was guaranteed I received without any problems and for people with questions Jason was all around the room during the show and very easy to find.
Basically if you have the chance to attend a Signamania or Turnbuckle show, do yourself a favor and attend. George and Marc over at Signamania and Jason Blaustein at Turnbuckle all go out of their way to accomodate fans and make their shows an enjoyable experience.
My pictures from both shows can be seen at the following link.
