Velvet Sky has opened a Twitter Account to raise awareness on a charity project as she is trying to raise funds to help Shane Helms with all his medical bills and day to day expenses.

As many of you know, Shane and his girlfriend Karen were in a very serious motorcycle accident this past week.

Shane will not be able to return to wrestle for a long tiem while he recovers.
