Georgie, there was a 2003 and 2004 holiday visit to the Troops, but back then WWE called the broadcast "Christmas In Iraq".... the "Tribute to the Troops" was adapted in 2005 (making it 3 years).... but in all actuality it's the FIFTH year for the trip...
I just pulled a 2003 VHS from my video library which has the 2003 broadcast but it was run under a different working title
"Christmas in Baghdad" and "Christmas FROM Baghdad" (RAW and SD separately)
Challenged myself to do some research after I sent u that last tidbit....

"Tribute to the Troops" was the name given to the tour in 2005 (hence, 3 years)
