“UNDER THE LIGHTS” RETURNS FOR A SECOND INSTALLMENT

The east coast’s premier pro wrestling organization Warriors of Wrestling makes its return to Staten Island with the second annual “Under the Lights”. The show will take place on August 24th at the SIBFL Football Field (1475 South Avenue). “We are so proud to be partnering up once again with SIBFL to put on a true supercard,” commented Commissioner Joe Miller. “Last year, the fans and the wrestling talent included, were blown away by what we had accomplished with this show. A year later, we have an even bigger, stronger card that no wrestling fan should miss.”

At “Ultimate Survival”, the wildcard Medic X won the 5-Way No Limits Ladder match and revealed himself to be former tag team champion Aaron Stride. This surprised everybody in attendance and infuriated the former champion Nero. At “Under the Lights”, Nero will be able to get his revenge on Stride and win back his No Limits belt when these two go one-on-one. Will Nero show that he is the true No Limits Champion? Or will Aaron Stride pull another trick out in order to secure victory?

The Disciples of Priest, in a relatively short time, have shown they are dominant force that is never afraid of a fight. They have picked fights with Rude Boy Riley, Promoter Joey B and the BA Kid, and even Logan Black. On August 24th, Scotty Priest’s unit will take on these four other men. Of course, this begs the question… Can Joey, BA and Rude Boy put their long and often bloody history with Logan Black behind them for the greater good of stomping out The Disciples of Priest?
