WRESTLING ARTIST ROB SCHAMBERGER TO PAINT AT CAC 51ST REUNION

Noted wrestling artist Rob Schamberger is returning to the annual Cauliflower Alley Club Reunion at the Gold Coast Casino and Hotel to create a portrait of the legendary Nick Bockwinkel. This is Schamberger's first painting of the long-time former president of the CAC and multiple-time World Champion wrestler and he's painting it live starting Monday, April 11 through the 13th. After completing it, the painting will be auctioned off at the event's grand banquet Wednesday night with all of the proceeds going to the Club's Benevolent Fund, which helps wrestlers who have fallen on hard times. Says Schamberger, "My career exists because of these amazing performers, and it's humbling and special to be able to give back to them in such a meaningful way. To do it with a painting of Nick, who devoted the latter part of his life to this organization makes it all the more perfect."
