Hogan Knows Best this weekend...
Hulk and Linda are celebrating 22 years of marriage and Linda wants to mark the occasion by taking ballroom dancing lessons. Hulk reluctantly agrees but walks out on Linda when she jokingly insults his technique. He becomes even more incensed when she continues to go to class without him. Can the children reconcile the couple before the big anniversary date?

Special Inside JAPW Update For The Message Board Fans
Saturday April 22, 2006   By Fat Frank
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to keep everyone up to date on things here in JAPW. First off I will start off with some news that might seem bad for some.
World Wide Tapings At AWA Cancelled
I have canceled the World Wide Tapings that were scheduled to take place at the AWA Wrestling School in Union City, NJ. I was very unhappy with the last turn-out and there is no reason to lie about it or make up excuses. We did over 800 fans on a Saturday night put could not pull in 100 fans the night before. World Wide is going to continue and will be taped at our live shows. Rather then do a pre-show taping we will use matches that are filmed during the main show and will add in interviews, promos and live event updates.

I just put up another Bruno Sammartino Classic 10 figure, which is in hand, ready for shipping.  eBay: BRUNO SAMMARTINO CLASSIC SUPERSTARS 10 JAKKS FIGURE (item 6053175091 end time Apr-24-06 13:01:37 PDT)

Thanks to Adam Lebow for this tidbit:

Since WWE went and had a Supershow on Monday, there is an interesting edition of Heat on the WWE website, as Heat has gone retro. The first segment is of I.R.S giving a tax lesson to the fans, followed by a Money Inc vs. Natural Disasters match. The second segment is the  Razor Ramon vs 1-2-3 Kid Match for the $10,000 . We then get to see Andre the Giant take on Big John Stud. The main event of Heat... Wrestlemania 21 Money in the Bank.   Its funny just to see how Routundo was back then...

Thanks to Diane Devine on this update on Glenn Taylor who is a veteran Indy worker living in Southeast Colorado portraying Doink....
Hi everybody-
Sorry to be so long on getting everybody updated. However, I wanted to wait until I had my appointment with my neurologist today. As I mentioned in my last letter, I have had more disks rupture and vertebrae collapse in my spine. The past few weeks I have been steadily having an increase in pain level, numbness in the legs, dizziness, headache, and nausea. The doctor ordered a new MRI, which was done last week. I got the results today and apparently there is a tear in my spinal cord that is allowing spinal fluid to leak. Angie suspected this was the cause of the symptoms, and the doctor confirmed it.
I will be going back in for surgery to repair the tear within the next week to ten days. I was already going to have more surgery to repair the other damage, but was going to wait until the fall. With the current situation, the doctor is going to go ahead and do the other fusion while he is in to repair the tear in the cord. We are hoping this time will go a little smoother. Angie and I are both still a little apprehensive after the last time.
The good news about getting the surgery earlier is that I should be back up and walking fine and hopefully with less pain when October gets here. Which will be great, as our daughter Christy will be marrying her fiancé, John, on the 14th. So I will be able to walk her down the aisle.
We will keep everybody posted as to when and how everything goes. Please keep Angie in your thoughts, as I hate putting her through this again. - - - - Glynn Taylor

Simon Diamond

Simon has a problem and this week we will see what it is. He is one of the guys to keep your eyes on. He was a major player in ECW, MLW, and many other places and has found his way back to NWA-TNA. This week we catch up to the man who is now sharing his knowledge of the business with many of the young guys out there. Be careful or you might learn something.

Tracy Smothers

This southern boy has been to many of the territories, through ECW and most of the major promotions out there today. He has a vast knowledge and respect for the business. He has spent 24 years in this business and has seen it all. This week we hear from him for the first time
