Kevin Sullivan and Superstar Billy Graham…

Thanks to Stephen and Kelli for this nice write up about Kevin Sullivan Autograph Signing;
Hello....My wife,Kelli,and I just came from the Kevin Sullivan Autograph Signing at Carsons Pro Wrestling World in Allentown,PA. on January 21,2006. I must admit, I was a little nervous. I have seen Kevin Sullivan wrestle during his days in WCW and ECW and I knew he portayed a wildman in the ring. Georgie, Kevin was a really nice man who signed all of our pictures and action figures that we brought. He was really good with all the fans,young and old, who came to see him. When I talked to Kevin, I told him how much I liked the Varsity Club which consisted of Kevin, Rick Steiner, Mike Rotunda and Dr. Death Steve Williams. I also liked his time with the Dungeon Of Doom. He seemed really touched that I could remember all of this. There must have been about 50-75 people that came to see him. I want to thank Kevin Sullivan For coming to Carsons Pro Wrestling World. I also want to thank Bud Carson for putting on and continuing to put on more great Pro wrestling Autograph signings. Georgie, This man has had many great wrestling legends at his store. WWF/E Hall Of Famers Don Muraco, Greg Valentine, Ivan Putski,Jimmy Snuka and Chief Jay Strongbow have been there and I have met all of them because of Bud. Other great wrestlers that have been to Bud Carsons Pro Wrestling World are Sabu,Samu, Billy Gunn(Kip James), WWF/E Hall Of Famers Paul Orndorff and Cowboy Bob Orton JR., The Honkytonk Man, Bobby Eaton, KoKo B. Ware,Vince Russo,Mr.U.S,A. Tony Atlas and Brutus Beefcake. Again, I have met all of these wrestlers because bud got them to his store. This is not an assembly line session. The fans are able to talk to these wrestlers which makes the experience even more enjoyable. There are also snacks and drinks there for the fans if they are hungry and they can check out buds store. If you love Pro Wrestling whether it is from the days of Bruno Sammartino all the way up to the Pro Wrestling of today, Bud has alot to offer. Once again, I want to thank Bud Carson and his crew for putting together so many great autograph sessions and Kelli and I will continue to be there for as many shows that he can put together. On Februaury 4,2006 from 12-2pm Abdullah The Butcher will be at Carsons Pro Wrestling World and on April 8,2006 Paul Bearer and Kamala will be there from 4-6pm. Please contact bud at (610) 770-7314 for more information and keep an eye out for more Autograph signings from Carsons Pro Wrestling World in Allentown,PA. on www.Wrestlingfigs.com. Thank you very much for allowing me to write about the Kevin Sullivan Autograph Signing and the man who keeps putting together these great Autograph sessions. On a closing note, I wanted to let you know Tammy Lynn Stych(Sunny) has also been at Carsons as well.      Stephen and Kelli Faust

Georgie,
   Just a quick note to tell you that Billy Graham is one of the nicest pro wrestlers I have ever met. The Paramus signing was a well organized event, and he spoke to each fan individually as well as signed anything you brought to him. I'm halfway through reading his book and it is an amazing, candid story of a "true" Superstar of the WWE. The only good thing about the WWE these days is the legends program, where great action figures, books, and dvds have been released over the past year. I only hope that Vince takes notice that this is the stuff most fans still want to see, not a "Boogeyman," "bisexual storylines," and a "suicidal referee." Mike

Georgie,
   Sure, you can print the letter. I just wish some of the newer wrestlers would learn from the legends that going the extra distance with fans really does leave a lasting impression. Triple H won't even sign an autograph, much less talk to a fan. I've seen him turn down signing a photo of a fan with him. It's not like that's going to end up on Ebay, LOL.  This current batch of wrestlers will be forgotten in a few years, as they can't even leave a lasting impression in the present time. I don't mean to bash, but the current shows are the worst they have been in years. The past year seemed like 52 episodes rolled into one because every week it's the same guys, the same run-ins and the same promos.
Rather than complain, I'm simply not going to watch anymore. I have a better time at the Reunions and the Chiller shows. I'm just hoping that the Iron Sheik doesn't flip out on Nikolai like he did back in October. LOL
 Mike
