WSU Announces 6/26 Union City, NJ Return Show

After a successful event on 3/6 for our WSU 3 Year Anniversary show, WSU is proud to announce a 6/26/10 return date to the ACE Arena in Union City, NJ. We got alot of feedback from fans to do another "Meet & Greet" session, so we will be offering fans a chance to meet everyone on the roster again. It is our plan to make the Union City events a special day for women wrestling fans, where you can spend the day hanging out with the WSU roster and witness the greatest & hardest working women wrestlers today.

Every June, WSU presents the Uncensored Rumble. The Uncensored Rumble is WSU's answer to the Royal Rumble, where everyone on the WSU roster competes in a timed interval battle royal match, with the winner becoming number 1 contender to the WSU World Champion. Previous winners include "Pryme Tyme" Amy Lee & Nikki Roxx. This will be our 3rd annual Uncensored Rumble and promises to feature the highest quality of talent yet.

Two matches have been signed for 6/26. Obviously, the Uncensored Rumble will be one of the matches. The other match has been signed, but we currently do not know the participants as WSU has signed the following match for 6/26: The WSU World Champion, no matter who it may be at that time (Currently Mercedes Martinez) vs The 2010 J-Cup Winner (Tournament takes place on 4/2). It should be made mention that every J-Cup winner in WSU has also become WSU World Champion, as previous winners, Alexa Thatcher, Mercedes Martinez & Angel Orsini have all held the most important womens championship today.

We will be a full talent roster after the J-Cup & King/Queen Tournament shows. As of right now, here is who is scheduled to appear:

And, the RETURN of AWESOME KONG! Kong, who been an intricate part in WSU's growth, comes to WSU for the first time without TNA restrictions. Kong, who is coming off a WSU Championship match loss to Mercedes Martinez on 12/12/09 has put the entire roster on notice, especially Nikki Roxx, Rain & Amber O'Neal. Kong also made it clear that she will be entering the WSU Uncensored Rumble, in an effort to become WSU World Champion!
