Labor Day Weekend

Hey Homies!

First let me apologize to everyone who expected to see me at the New York State Fair. I was scheduled to appear, and I did not make it to the Fair. I made it to my flight (on Continental Airlines). As we were taxiing toward the runway, the plane stopped, and the pilot came on and said that we were having mechanical problems, which they were going to attempt to fix. We sat for about 15 minutes, and then started going back to the terminal. The pilot came back on and told us that they were going to have to fly in a part, and that the flight was being significantly delayed. WWE has a department that handles all of our travel. I called them immediately, but they were unable to get me to the New York State Fair in time to make any part of my appearance. It was definitely out of my control, but I feel bad for any wrestling fans who made the trip specifically to see me.

On a lighter note, I had mentioned a while back that I had picked up my workouts a bit. Well, a couple days ago, I started training at an even more intense level. I'm talking a power movement, sprints with a parachute, free weights to fatigue workout. I am sore today, but a good sore. I have to admit that part of my motivation has to do with the fact that I wasn't happy with the result of the SummerSlam Diva Battle Royal. And when the WWE is ready for the Cage Match, Hardcore, Chicago Streetfight Victoria, I will be ready.

I threw a few more items on Ebay...a pair of boots (ebay item 250160498031)...a t-shirt (ebay item 250160499114)...a warm-up suit (ebay item 250160500097)...and a sweater/scarf/hat combo (ebay item 250160501191).

Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. I am going to eat some steak that I cooked on the BBQ...it's that time of the year :)
