Time Warner Cable here in NY is listing WWE Main Event on Wednesday 7/3 to air at 7 PM EST, which is being advertised as a Money In The Bank Preview Show ("an inside look at this year's MITB match and all the former champions involved"). 

The regularly scheduled show then airs as usual at 8 PM EST.
