After much confusion the past few days as to whether this signing was happening or not, I received an email from the Fry's Store Manager in Austin, TX. The signing at the Fry's in Houston on 7/25 has also been postponed.

Hi There, 

I know there has been some confusion if Rosa Mendes and Mark Henry will be signing autograph's at the Fry's Electronics in Austin, TX on Monday 7/22.  Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, the signing has been canceled by Clearwire.  I apologize for any inconvenience.  If I get any further information I will let you know.
