ARLINGTON, Va., April 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Second Annual GI Film Festival, which will be held May 14-18, 2008 at the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, DC, recently announced that award-winning actors Gary Sinise, Robert Duvall, Jon Voight, and James Franco are scheduled to lead the 2008 festival line-up.
