WWE Tries To Shut Down Local Wrestling Promoter

Waukesha, WI -  Great Lakes Championship Wrestling (GLCW) presents “TWO WORDS….TOO SWEET”, Saturday March 21st at the Waukesha County Expo Center, 1000 Northview Rd, Waukesha, WI

Former WWE stars Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, formerly of the WWE’s NWO take on BG and Kip James, formerly Road Dogg and Billy Gunn of WWE’s DX in the main event of a six match show.

Local promoter, Dave Herro was sent a Cease and Desist Order stating that the GLCW is “attempting to pass this event off as an official WWE event.”  Herro says that is not the case and the show will definitely happen as scheduled.

Former WWE superstar, Kevin Nash says “this is the match they don’t want to see it happen.”

Five other matches are scheduled for the show including a GLCW Title match between GLCW Champion, Al Snow and Armando Estrada.
